Delivery times

All times or dates quoted for delivery are given in good faith but are approximate only. Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is accepted, or from the date we receive all the information needed to fulfil it, whichever is later. Goods may be delivered in instalments where appropriate.

Delivery costs

Where the value of an order exceeds £10,000 (unless otherwise agreed), the cost of delivery to your premises on the mainland of Great Britain is included in the contract price.
In all other cases, prices are exclusive of carriage and insurance, which will be quoted with your order.
Returnable packaging (crates, pallets, stillages) is charged in addition and credited in full when returned undamaged, carriage paid.

Shortages, non-delivery and transit damage

Please notify us in writing within 7 days of the date the goods would ordinarily have arrived for any non-delivery claim.
When the quoted price includes delivery, goods damaged in transit are repaired or replaced free of charge, provided we receive written notification within 7 days.
