Delivery Information

Morgan Hope ships LED lighting products and bespoke fixtures across the UK, the Republic of Ireland and selected European destinations. This page explains the standard delivery process for online Store orders and how project-scale shipments are handled.

UK delivery

Standard delivery (2–3 working days) — used for stocked Store items. Tracked, signed-for service via a national courier.
Free delivery on UK orders over £500 (ex. VAT).
Express delivery (next working day) available on stocked items when ordered before 12:00 — additional charge calculated at checkout.
Bulky / palletised items (Astrid HighBay, Astrid Olympic, large goods) ship by dedicated carrier with a delivery window booked by phone.

Lead times for non-stocked / bespoke items

Phase-9 retrofit gear-tray builds: typical 4–6 weeks from approved quotation.
Bespoke luminaire designs: 6–10 weeks depending on complexity and sample-approval cycles.
PIX'L X programmable displays: 8–12 weeks for new installs (shorter for additions to an existing site).

A representative lead time is included in every project quotation.

International delivery

We ship most LED luminaires and emergency kits to:

Republic of Ireland — 3–5 working days.
EU member states — 5–10 working days depending on destination.
Other destinations — quoted per shipment; contact us before ordering.

Duties, taxes and import fees outside the UK are the recipient's responsibility.

Receiving your order

All deliveries are signed-for. Please check packaging on receipt and report visible damage to the courier at point of delivery and to Morgan Hope within 48 hours so we can arrange replacement or repair without dispute.

Failed deliveries

If a courier is unable to deliver to the address supplied (no answer, restricted access, incorrect address), they will normally retry once and then return the goods to the depot. Re-delivery charges may apply if a second attempt is required.
